Dear clients,

    As we are all aware things happen that are far beyond our control. It is how we handle these problems that are put in front of us is what matters. This is the case here.

   It was bought to my attention that one of the hosting providers that we refer clients to, ran into a hacker issue on a server that had four sites on it that we had built. The hacker accessed the server through the root ( admin ) and deleted accounts, databases, and files. Of course this is devastating to the site owners.

   This problem that resulted in some of our clients losing their sites and data is 100% fully the hosting companies responsibility due to the security hole, also the responsibility of the site owner to maintain backups of their sites unless they were under a maintenance contract with us ( 1faze.com). However, this does not solve the issue at hand. What can we do to help these sites being that they are our clients in the first place?

  To those clients:

   The loss of your sites because of the chain of events that happened and neglect of the hosting provider is unacceptable to me. I assure you that we are doing everything that we can on our end to attempt to make this better for you.

Here is what we are doing:

1) All your accounts are being moved to this server. This server is owned and maintained by me personally so you can rest assured, this is not going to be an issue again.

2) Your hosting fees already paid to the hosting provider, will be credited with us. So you will owe nothing for the remainder of the expected term.

3) We are seeking a full refund of your hosting fees that will be credited to you the same way you made the payment. We will be working with the hosting provider in order to secure these funds and you will be notified as soon as funds are received.

4) 1Faze.com will work to rebuild, and replace your sites that were lost if you did not have a backup. I know we can not replace your members, but we will replace the sites themselves at no cost to you.

Because of the size of this error that has been placed in our laps, please be patient with the restoration of your sites. We are doing this for you again at no charge to you because we do feel for your loss in this and our team at 1Faze.com will help you rebuild after this vicious attack.
